I began this etching by drawing directly onto the zinc plate on location, in response to the landscape. This dramatic bay, cave and outcrop of rock have been formed from the sedimentary limestone of the Pembrokeshire coast, just north of Tenby. Only accessible on foot during low tide, it is home to a wide variety of birds including Oyster Catchers, Fulmars, Cormorants and a Peregrine Falcon
