Receipt of order confirmation
Once you have placed an order with me you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this email please contact me so I can confirm that I have received your order.
I reserve the right to alter prices at any time. This would be very unusual and any changes would be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Delivery
If you are purchasing a gift and/or need delivery by a specific date please contact me prior to placing your order. Such requests can usually be met.
All my prints are sold unframed. They will be backed with board and cellophane wrapped, or rolled in tissue so that they can be sent in a postal tube.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding cancellation, returns or any other problems, but please do this as soon as possible.
Postage
Postage is free to all UK mainland addresses.
Orders will be sent via the Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery.
Postage is £20 for orders to all other destinations.
Prints will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.
All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Availability of goods
All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible in the extremely rare event that a print you have ordered is not available.
My prints
All my prints are Original Prints, hand printed by myself.
Because all my prints are hand made there may be very slight variations from one print to another. This is one of the inherent beauties of an Original Print.
Also, please note that the calibration and settings of individual computer screens will display variations in colour when browsing artwork.
Returns
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to return a print.
To be eligible, returns have to be made within 28 days of delivery. The print must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed carefully for return postage.
In the extremely rare event that your print arrives damaged please contact me straight away.
I will replace any items that have arrived in a damaged condition. Should it be the last print in an edition of prints, you will be offered an alternative choice of print, or a refund.
Privacy and Data Protection
When you place an order with me you will have given me your name, email address, home address and telephone numbers. I will never share these details with third parties for direct marketing purposes. From time to time I send out an email newsletter to those who have bought from me in the past. If you would prefer not to be contacted just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email newsletter, or contact me directly, and you will be removed from my mailing list.

Security
If you opt to pay via Bank Transfer you will be sent my bank details allowing you to pay directly into my account. You will not need to divulge any of your own bank details so this form of payment is entirely secure. You can opt to pay via PayPal. They provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions. When your order is placed on my website, your credit card information is encrypted by PayPal secure online payment processing. I do not receive any of your credit/debit card details as this is handled entirely by PayPal.
