Two colour print inspired by drawings made from the northern tip of Greenwich Peninsula. There is a wonderful array of bird life all the way along the Thames but particularly at the tip of the Peninsula. Low tide reveals wide sand/mud banks where waders gather. The cormorants are always in evidence whatever the tide, often perching in favoured spots opposite Canary Wharf. Thames tugs still work the river as they have done for years, against a backdrop of ever increasing development. I was drawn to the continually changing, yet harmonious, coexistence of all these elements.
